Plain salmon gets a nutty boost with Peanuts & Panko.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs salmon filet
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-4 oz box Peanuts & Panko, original or spicy
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.
2. Arrange salmon on pan and lightly coat with oil.
3. Sprinkle with Peanuts & Panko and bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes (internal temperature 145°F on a meat thermometer). Serve.
