Ingredients
  • 2 lbs country style, boneless, pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-4 oz box Peanuts & Panko, spicy
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.
2. Arrange ribs on pan and lightly coat with oil.
3. Sprinkle with Peanuts & Panko and bake for 35 minutes or until ribs are cooked through (internal temperature 160°F on a meat thermometer). Serve.
